Frequently Asked Questions and Policies

1.  All rosaries created by The Rosary Lady come with a Lifetime Guarantee for workmanship.  Should you experience a problem, we guarantee repair or replacement of your rosary. 

2.  Most rosaries are made upon order. Please allow 10 business days for construction.  Shipment will be within 2 business days of completion.

3.  The Rosary Lady will accept money orders, cashiers and personal checks for purchases.  Simply click on Contact Us, email your order and we will contact you regarding payment details.  Orders paid for with personal checks are held 10 days for check clearance. 

4.  We also accept Paypal payments, use our Add to Cart feature in the gallery to take you directly there.

5.  *Please Note:  There will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items.   I do guarantee my workmanship, but I cannot be responsible should you change your mind about an order.  My time and talent are valuable.

6.  All orders are shipped via US Postal service, unless otherwise specified. 

We ship using Priority Mail, as we feel these packages are better suited for protecting your new rosary than a standard bubble mailer.  Priority Mail shipping starts at $5.00, and there is a small handling fee.  Your package should reach you  in 2-3 days, much quicker than standard shipping times.  If you prefer overnight express shipping, arrangements can be made.                

International orders are shipped Global Priority Mail, and shipping times and prices vary depending on destination.
